Refunds & Credits of Online Purchases

We will issue a refund for the full purchase price (including taxes) of any unopened CBD Magic, CBD2Heal, CBD Nature, and Zen Leafs branded products that you return to us within 90 days from the date the order was placed.

For white label & private label products, all sales final.

Please contact us and make sure to enter all of the relevant information including order number. It can take up to 14 days to process the refund and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once the return has been processed.

Please note that your financial institution will take approximately five business days to reflect any changes. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Damages

We offer protection with Route and it costs approximately 1% of your order. By default, this option is disabled. If enabled, it will cover any damages, lost or stolen items.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if you do not have Route protection. If your order was damaged, please contact Canada Post to file a claim.

Exchanges

We can exchange your products, however it must not be opened and the shipping cost is covered by the customer.
